This "CRYSTAL" has been discovered. A gem that originated in St. Louis has been refined and is finally displayed for the whole world to see. Crystal's beauty, grace and poise, combined with her training and determination, have set this gem aside from the rest.
She always loved the arts and entertainment. As a child, she started off dancing (ballet, tap, jazz and acrobatics) and playing the violin. She knew all the jingles to every commercial, most of the opening songs to her favorite shows, and how to read someone the "Miranda Rights" by the age of seven while holding her water-gun and asking for back-up!
As she grew up, she continued playing violin, attending acting and improvisational classes, as well as performing with various theatre groups. She was constantly growing and honing her skills. In high school, she found an interest in Broadcast Journalism, which led to a co-host position on a cable show geared toward teenagers and their issues within the community.
At Hampton University, she majored in Business-Marketing, but had another love: ACTING. She took acting classes and performed in various shows on campus, including "For Unborn Children" & "Six Degrees of Separation". She was a star at Acting & Marketing. The culmination of the two interests would serve her well when the time came to market herself in Hollywood .
Upon arrival in Hollywood, she hit the ground running and has remained a persistent, hard-worker who is on the way to stardom. Currently she is studying acting with Iris Klein. To add to her accomplishments, she has had early success as a host and voice-over artist. There is nothing she cannot do when putting her mind to it.
A friend shared something important to her early in her career and she wants to pass along the words of wisdom to her fellow actors. "You have been given the talents, desires, skills and the preferences you have because they are in some way a part of your path and needed in the world. Much important work is waiting for you to wake up to your purpose and believe in yourself. You are enough!"
Keep your eyes on this "CRYSTAL" because she is here to stay!
